William Byrd Academy

A wide ranging cleaning specification is delivered to Main Entrance Foyer, Offices, Meeting Rooms, Classrooms, Dining Halls, Gymnasium, Open Plan Work Areas, Toilets and Washrooms. Periodic Works including Carpet cleaning, hard flooring Strip and Resealing works and Window cleaning is also provided. Mobile teams provide rapid response for any unexpected or emergency incidents.

European Cleaning Senior Management repeatedly visit site and be present at site meetings to participate with Site Facilities Manager and inspire a working together approach, we have found this increases standards and ultimately the experience for the customer. A Quarterly Review is carried out to monitor all areas of the contract, this supports in providing a circle of constant improvement.

We have held the contract at William Byrd Academy since September 2016 the premises are set in Hillingdon West London. The Academy is currently occupied by approx. 380 pupils and 40 Staff.

The Staff

Our Operations Manager oversees a large team of part time operatives, each working term time and non-term time weeks. The operatives are trained to deliver great standards and ECS offer staff

the opportunity to further their skills with such qualifications with BICSc and NVQ training.

which gives them the sense of worth and makes them feel part of a valued team. This has helped us retain our quality of people and staff turnover being very low, therefore helping us to maintain high standards and consistency.

Conclusion

The work and trust between our client and the European team within the has enabled the consistency of service delivery, and the pride in simply getting better all the time has led to consistent high level service.  It is vital that we ensure William Byrd Academy is properly represented at all times. The European Management Team support the on - Site team with weekly visits to ensure that we go out of our way to make a difference.
