A wide-ranging cleaning service is delivered to Main Entrance Foyer, Offices, Meeting Rooms, Boardroom’s, Open Plan Work Areas and Washrooms. Periodic Works including Carpet cleaning, Hard flooring Strip and Resealing works. Window cleaning is also provided. Mobile teams provide rapid response for any unexpected or emergency incidents.

European Cleaning Senior Management regularly visit site and attend site meetings to engage with Site Facilities Manager and encourage a working together approach, we have found this improves standards and ultimately the experience for the customer. A Quarterly Review is carried out to monitor all areas of the contract, this assists in providing a circle of continuous improvement.

Our relationship with DAR Group Ltd has enabled us to work together providing new techniques and identifying innovations. We have held the contract at DAR Group since September 2014 the premises are set in Central London.

The Staff

Our Operations Manager oversees a team of part time operatives, each working Monday-Friday, 52 weeks per year. .The operatives are trained to deliver great standards and have the opportunity to extend their skills further with BICSc and NVQ training.

Giving our staff the opportunity to further their skills with such qualifications gives them the sense of worth and makes them feel part of a valued team. This has helped us retain our quality of people and staff turnover being very low, therefore helping us to maintain high standards and consistency.

The Challenges

The site is very busy at all times Therefore the need to  create a positive first impression for visitors and employees the site is kept to the highest standard of cleaning achievable. The manner in which the building is kept to a consistent standard is in the process of pre-planned and scheduled maintenance, especially given that such is the nature of the site and the usage that plans and requirements can change dramatically and we must have the flexibility to adapt swiftly and professionally. I

Conclusion

The work and confidence between our client and the European team allied to our creations and flexibility within the commercial sector, the consistency of service delivery, and the pride in simply getting better all the time has led to consistent high level service.  It is vital that we ensure the client brand is properly represented at all times. The European Management Team support the on-Site team with weekly visits to ensure that we go out of our way to make a difference at DAR Group Ltd
