A tailored cleaning service is delivered to communal areas and washroom facilities to group of buildings throughout central London and surrounding areas.
Koopmans Head Office is located in Radlett Hertfordshire. European cleaning services contract with Koopmans covers a range of cleaning requirements across a number of buildings within London and is managed by our sited based operatives. We are responsible for hygienic cleaning and maintenance in communal areas and washrooms through to conventional daily office cleaning. Each of these site based services is specifically designed to Koopmans requirement.
By working closely and pro-actively together with Koopmans we are able to deliver to them solutions which continuously improve the service, ensure best practice and result in cost savings.
Services delivery also includes:
- Window cleaning
- Carpet cleaning
- Periodic and deep cleaning
- Specialist floor cleaning
- Management of third party suppliers and sub-contractors
We have held the contract with Koopmans since 2015. The buildings we service are all located in central London and positioned easy for access. The HQ Complex is currently occupied by approx. 900 staff and more to come. These buildings are occupied by varied businesses.
The Staff
Our Operations Manager oversees a large team of part time operatives, each working term time and non-term time weeks. The operatives are trained to deliver great standards and ECS offer staff
the opportunity to further their skills with such qualifications with BICSc and NVQ training.
which gives them the sense of worth and makes them feel part of a valued team. This has helped us retain our quality of people and staff turnover being very low, therefore helping us to maintain high standards and consistency.
