Howe Dell School

Howe Dell School is a Grade 11 listed school in Hatfield Hertfordshire.

In 2016 we were awarded the cleaning contract at Howe Dell School after the school had been unhappy with the previous incumbent company

We deliver a detailed cleaning specification to such areas Classrooms, Dining hall gymnasiums, IT rooms, Toilet & cloakrooms, nursery, staff room and after school activities. This service is delivered during term time and non-term time.

All staff have enhanced DBS clearance and advanced Safeguard Training, and are fully trained in all aspect of the frequencies and activities detailed within the cleaning specification.

The Staff

Our Operations Manager oversees a large team of part time operatives, each working term time and non-term time weeks. The operatives are trained to deliver great standards and ECS offer staff

the opportunity to further their skills with such qualifications with BICSc and NVQ training.

which gives them the sense of worth and makes them feel part of a valued team. This has helped us retain our quality of people and staff turnover being very low, therefore helping us to maintain high standards and consistency

Conclusion

In working together with we have nurtured a close working relationship, the benefits of which has helped ensure that the building we clean provides for their well-being and is  pristine and visually attractive for all pupils and staff.
